Mission Statement

Cross Speech and Language Center is committed to providing excellent speech pathology services to the patients, families, and the medical community of the Central Coast. These services include: serving as a resource for information regarding normal and disordered communication and swallowing, providing outstanding speech and swallowing habilitation and rehabilitation. We are dedicated to assisting people with communication and swallowing disorders in attaining their maximum potential functioning, allowing them to become as independent as possible in their daily lives. We will treat these individuals with care, empathy, respect, and integrity. We will use up-to-date evaluation and therapy products, techniques, and technology in the delivery of our services. We will strive to recruit, develop, motivate, and retain personnel of exceptional ability and dedication by providing good working conditions, compensation for performance and opportunity for growth.
